BYLAW 2682

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 35, 1992, No. 2682”
received first two readings on May 25th, 1992;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the pronosed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Progran;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed

amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2682 was read a
third time on June 15th, 1992;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2682 and
City's most recent Capital Expenditure Progran;

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2682 and
Economic Strategy Plan" that was presented to Council at its meeting of
13, 1985;

THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2682 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
