A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Plan waa adopted by the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan hag been prepared and

after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the moat
recent capital, expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal
Act to ensure consistency between them;

examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development
Strategy" to ensure consistency between them;

determined that no applicable woste management plan exiats for
consideratLons

determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the
District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt
Meadows, on the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, 1n open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

lL. The designation “Residential” shown on Schedule "B" of the "Offical
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” applying tos

Those portions of:

Lot 2, Plan 13559;

Lote 4, 5, and 6, Plan 22267; and
Lot 3, Plan 11395;

Section 6 Block 6 North Range 1 Fast;
New Weatminster District;

having an area of 3.24 ha (8 acres) shown included within Lot "B"
shown on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a
part hereof

1g removed and the designation "Schools" 1s applied.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposea as the "Official Community Plan
Amendment Bylaw No. 37, 1992, No. 2710".
