DRAFT RESOLUTION

-That the Agreement dated for reference the 30th day of July
1981 between Frank Rayner and The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam being a Restrictive Covenant made pursuant
to Section 215 of the Land Title Act respecting Lot 784 of
the North West 1/4, Section 6, Township 40 of a Plan of
Subdivision in pracess, New Westminster District, be approved;

AND THAT ‘His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the said Agreement. on behalf of the City and to
affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

Please see attached Engineer's
memorandum of August 25th, 1981,
‘the wording of the Restrictive
Covenant, and a Plan showing the
location of the Lot 784 referred
to in the Resolution.
