Subject: Nacht Park

The Parks & Recreation Committee once again addressed the issue of Nacht
Park and the proposed designation of park reserve in the Official Community
Plan. As we do not have a definition of Park Reserve at this time, the
Committee has made the assumption that such a designation does not permit

the construction of playground equipment at the southern end of the park.
The Committee would like to have the flexibility of the possible installation
of playground equipment for the residents.

In conclusion, the Committee does not support the designation of park
reserve for this piece of land.
