Fraser Collector SUBJECT: 1982 Supplementary Assessment Roll #5 RECOMMENDATION: Lo, That City Council authorize adjustments to the 1982 tax levies for the vroperties as: reported hereunder; the adjustments being a result of assessment corrections forwarded by the B.C.-Assessment Authority on 1982 Supplementary Assessement Roll #5 and decisions of the Assessment Appeal Board. BACKGROUND: Subsequent to issuance of the 1982 property tax notices, a further Supplementary Assessment Roll has been received from the Assess- ment Authority correcting errors on the 1982 assessment roll. In addition, decisions of the Assessment Appeal Board have also been received revising the 1982 assessment valuations of the properties noted hereunder. The adjustments result in a net decrease of $3,966.07 and refunds will made where the taxes have been overpaid.
