Re: B.C. Investors’ Subdivision ~- Relocation of 30' Lane

With reference to the report of the Public Works Committee dated June 15th, 1972
with respect to the above-noted subject we would advise that at the regular Council meeting

held on June 19th, 1972 the following resolution was passed:

"That as recommended in a report from the Public Works Committee, June 15th, 1972, the

proposed subdivision layout as submitted by B.C. Investors be referred to the Lands Sale

Committec to establish an upset price on the closed Jane and on the proposed 20' difference

on Imperial Avenue, and to the Environmental Sub-Committee, for study of the ecological

aspects thereof."
