That as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Committee, May 10th,
1978 the application for rezoning of properties described as Lots 1-7
and 16-22, Northwest 1/2, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324 and East 117
feet, Block 15, Township 40, Plan 7086 be referred to the Land Sales
Committee to look into the request for the sale of road allowances.

Discussion then ensued on the Port Coquitlam Downtcwn Merchants'
letter which was received for information.

asked that the Public Works Committee bring a report to Council on the
Coquitlam Avenue ~ Shaughnessy Street - Flint Street area.
