of One ($1.00) Dollar, now paid by the City to the Covenantor, the
receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Covenantor

covenants as follows:

l. That portion of that certain parcel of 1.4 situate in
Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described

as:

(the "Lands") .
which is shown outlined on the sketch attached as Schedule "aA"

hereto shall:
(a) not be built on except as provided herein; and

(6) be used solely for landscaping in accordance with
the specifications set out in Schedule "B" hereto (the

“Landscaping").

The Covenantor shall:
(a) complete the Landscaping of the Lands to the satis-—
faction of the City's Director of Community Planning on

or before the day of , 198 ;

(b) ensure that the height cf all materials Planted are in
accordance with Schedule "B" hereto on the date of installa-

tion;

(c) forthwith replace all planting materials which have
perished within one (1) year from the date of installation;

(d) as security for the performance of his obligations in
