SUBJECT: Installation of New Stop Signs (7)

The required roadworks for the development as shown on the attached
sketch is near completion. We have previously collected aoney from the
developer to install stop sign(s) at the location(s) indicated on the attached
sketch. The installation of the stop sign(s) is now in order.

Would you please make the necessary arrangements to have Council
approve the location(s) of the sign(s) and advise the Engineering Office
Supervisor once this has been done. Once Council's approval has been
obtained, the Engineering Office Supervisor will issue a work order to Public
Works to have the stop sign(s) installed.
