Alderman Mabbett advised there have been numerous complaints that Ald. Mabbett re
SPCA patrol.

the §.P.C.A. have not been patrolling frequently enough to alleviate the

dog problem.

That the City Administrator contact the Secretary-Manager of the
S.P.C.A.. to advise them Port Coquitlam is not getting satisfactory
service to alleviate the problem of dogs running at large and request

more frequent patrols.

trip to Victoria:

to Victoria on Tuesday, July llth, 1978 to discuss the Mary Hill By-

pass, the Provincial government funding for the Prairie Avenue road work

and the proposed Provincial Court House.
