NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BYLAW

The Nunicipal Council cf The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Councii.
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, 8.C. on February 7th, 19835 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
the following propesed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651": ;

Bylaw No. 1937: : to rezone Lot 1,2,3, and 4, Block 10,
District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 2111, New Westminster
District, From RS-j2 to M=3.

This property is located at 1716 Langan Avenue and it is
expected that a greenhouse will be constructed on the property
and a nursery business established.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours. of 8:30
‘aem. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days,” from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing.

ALi persons who deem their. interest in property. affected. by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard:
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw. .
