A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquittam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, March 25th, 1985 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M,C, Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and MR. Wright in
attendance, .

Also in attendance were Acting-City Administrator and City Engineer
F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Director of Commun ity
Planning W. Brown and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor,

Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Liz Dill, Executive Director

of the Greater Coquitlam Volunteer Bureau “who* then made a presentation

to Council regarding the work the Bureau is involved in and their
requirements, | .

Barry Rope who then made a presentation to Council regarding their
concerns regarding the bus route In the Hastings/Patricia area.

From the City Engineer, March 13th, 1985 regarding Bus Routes in
Port Coquitlam.

seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the petition from residents in the Hastings Street/Patricia
Avenue area be received for information and that no changes be made in
the proposed new bus routes for Port Coquitlam.
