Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the recommendations of the Parks and Recreation Committee, November 21st, 1980 that with respect to the 1981 Bantam Hockey Tournament: 1. That the PoCo Minor Hockey Association be permitted te use all the faciliries of the Port Reerention Centre April 13th to April 18th, 198); That they be charged a rental fee for half the fee time used April t4th, 15th, J6th and 18th, and that on April W7th, Good Friday, that they be charged for all the fee time used; 3. That the City eperate the concession during the cournament; be approved, Carried. Prior to purssage of the resolution quoted above a discussion ensued and Alderman Traboulay inquired concerning operation of eoneessiens by both the City and the sponsering organisation and Alderman Kory luk replied that this matver had been considered and it was thought that there would be ample seape for the operation of both concessions. Alderman Ranger inquired concerning the events mentioned in an attached Jetter from the Port Coquitlam Minor Hockey Assoedacion dated September 29th, 1980 being games of the Pacific Coast Hockey Association and ap JideTime Hockey Tournament and the Recreation Director advised that these were intended to be revenue producing for the Gity.
