will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272

McAllister Avenue on Monday, Noverber 24th, 1980 ac 7:30 p.m. to consider the

following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979,

No. 1651",

By-law No. 1789: to rezone

(a) Lot. 123, South East Quarter, Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 26558, New Westminster ‘District.

(b) Block "E" North East Quarter, of the SouthEast Quarter,
Section 7, Township 40, Plan 16682 EXCEPT Parts Subdivided
by Plans 25992 and 26558, New Westminster District.

(c} Lot 122, South East Quarter, Section 7, Township 40,

Plan 25992, New Westminster District.

4025 Cedar Drive and it is expected that a re-subdivision of the property will be

undertaken following completion of the re-zoning procedures to create approximately
seventeen jndividual lots on which shi . family residences will be constructed.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Pert Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours

of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, November 13th, 1980 to Novenber 24th,
