Re; Father's Day Car Rally

Our Young Drivers of Canada Club would like to hold a Car Rally
on Sunday, June 16th, 1974 for the club members, friends and families.

We understand that it is necessary to have the City Council's
approval before we can go ahead.

It is proposed to keep the Car Rally route within the boundaries
of School District #43, commencing at Shaughnessy Notors Esso Service
Station at 1 pem. and finishing at Westwood hall with dinner served at

Speed is not the objective. Nysetery clues will lead participants
to hidden check points and they will also be required to answer written
questions on safe driving.

‘We anticipate approximately 40 entrants, with cars being despatched
at two minute intervals. Entry fee will be $2.00 per car with the bulk
of the money raised being spent on prizes. Any surplus would be deposited
in the club funds for use on future activities.
