BYLAW NO. 2205 AUG 28 1986

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLA

A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation of certain reai property

set apart and in use for the public worship of God.

WHEREAS the title to Lot 1, Section 6; Block 6 North; Range 1 East, New

Westminster District, Plan 69316, is registered in the name of the Foursquare Gospel

Church of Canada.

AND WHEREAS it is desired to set out herein the extent of the exemption from.

taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port.

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembted, enacts as follows:

1. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated

thereon, known as Lot 1, Section 6; Block 6 North; Range 1 East, New Westminster
District, Plan 69316, is hereby dectared to be exempt from taxation to the extent

provided in Section 399(6) af the Municipal Act.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Lot 1, Plan 69316,

‘Northside Chapel! Church Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1986, No. 2205".
