RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands herelInafter described are not required for
| municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that: )

1, Lot A, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 74399, New
Westminster District, belng 3676 Sefton Street, Port ,
Coquitiam, B.C. ba sold to Steelbear Developments Ltd., 893
Huber Orive, Port Coquitiam, 8.C. V3B8 2T1 at or for the
price or sum of $39,500.00.

Z. The adjustment date be August 3ist, 1987 or earlier.

3. The Possession date be August 3ist, 1987 or earlier.

4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents

necessary for the purpose aforesald and to affix th
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

When the time for recelpt of tenders for the above noted
property closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, June 4th, 1987 two
tenders had been recelved. Counc! ! members wlll recall that
the "upset price" on this property was $37,000.00. The other
tender was In the amount of $37,800.00.
