From the City Clerk, March 20th, 1992 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver
Agreement for 1878 McLean Avenue,

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alder nan Wright:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Sea Wise Investments
Ltd. on the 18th day cf March, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Sea Wise Investments in connection with the development of the
lands described as:

Lot 1, DL 255, Group 1, NWD, Plan 22343
are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall

constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

And that the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman Gates referred to road work being done in the Tyner and McLean
Avenue area and that information be obtained regarding bicycle paths.

Moved by Alderman Gates;
Seconded by Alderman Gordon:

That Council be provided with the additional cost of installing a bicycle
path in the Tyner and McLean Avenue area.

That Mr. Wonham, 2674 Larkin Avenue be allowed to address Council»
regarding the intersection at Westwood and Kitchener.

Carried,

Mr. Wonham, 2674 Larkin Avenue requested clarification on the status af
the barricade at Kitchener Avenue.
