A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled. enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

That a 801.53 m (2629.69 sq. ft.) portion of:

Lot 13

Sections 18 and 19

Block 6

New Westminster District
Plan LMP 9380

shown included within the heavy outline on the plan attached forming part of this
bylaw.

is hereby rezoned from M-1 (General Industrial) to M-2 (Heavy Industrial) and the Zoning Map

of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

2. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

That a 412.33 m2 (1352.79 sq. ft.) portion of:

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to M-1 (General Industriai) and the Zoning Map
