Comments

A request to close the lane as shown on the attached plan has
been submitted for approval. It was suggested that the City may require
some compensation for this closure,

Committee Comments:

. The committee considered a memo to Mr. Pollock from Mr. Borch
which concluded that no difficulties from an engineering or planning point
of view would result from this lane closure. The committee felt in light
that no monies had been expended on the opening of this particular lane
and that the closure would not present any problems from a point of City
planning and engineering, that the lane be closed subject to all costs
incurred by the closure be borne by the applicants.
