THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW WO. 1311

A By-law to stop up and close to traffic certain portions of road and
lane in District Lots 255 and 384, Group One, New Westminster District, in the
City of Port Coquitlan.

WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and
amendments thereto, the Nunicipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to
traffic a highway or any portion of a highway;

, AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of
highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. All. those portions of road and lane shown dedicated on Registered
Plans 1111, 2045, 2085, 2164, and 2329 situated in District Lots 255 - + 384,
Group One, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly described

as foliows:

ALL the above-described portions of road and lane are shown within the
red outline on a plan prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., dated February 12th,

1974, a copy of which is attached hereto and are hereby stopped up and closed

to traffic.
2. | This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "District Lots 255

and 384 Road Closure By-law, 1974, No.'1311".
