The third alternative of renting the unit as a private residence

-appears to be the most attractive as it could provide year-round occupancy

and would return the City enough to at least provide a return on the invest-
ment until such time as the land is required for other public purposes. The
Committee. felt that the house, which has a self-contained suite, could be
‘rented for about $400.00 a month.

The Committee would recommend that the Council pursue the third
alternative of renting the premises out as a-private residence until such time

as the land is required for other public purposes.
