Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking referred to a plan on display for public viewing, and pointed out that the project will include, at the expense of the developer, two new bridges across Cedar Ditch, a park, and substantial contributions to- wards improved water and sewer services. Alderman Laking further mention- C~ ed that there is now only a 9-lot subdivision left to be developed between the subject site and the City's Nature Area. Alderman Traboulay stated he was opposed to Phase I of the development and to the character of ‘the proposed park.
