Alderman Traboulay voted against the resolution.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking
referred to a plan on display for public viewing, and pointed out that
the project will include, at the expense of the developer, two new
bridges across Cedar Ditch, a park, and substantial contributions to-
wards improved water and sewer services. Alderman Laking further mention- C~
ed that there is now only a 9-lot subdivision left to be developed between
the subject site and the City's Nature Area. Alderman Traboulay stated
he was opposed to Phase I of the development and to the character of ‘the

proposed park.

Prior to submission at a Public Hearing scheduled for May 16th,
1977, By-law No. 1536, proposed to authorize issuance of a Land Use
Contract to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.
918" was then presented for initial consideration:

Alderman Laking introduced a By-law to authorize the City to enter

into Land Use Contract No. 22.
