Dear Sir: Re: Refurbishing of Asricultural Hall

With reference to the above-noted subject we would advise that at
the regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam held on April 24th, 1972 the following resolution was passed:
“That representatives of the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam be invited
to attend a forthcoming Council meeting to explain to the Council their plans
for refurbishing the Asricultural Hall."
