costs, Court Room facilities, stenographic help, Court Reporters and
Probation Officers. These items have.all been excluded as they are now

paid by the Province.

Other than the foregoing changes, the Agreement remains in substantially
the same form as the previous Agreement. We are required to adopt this
Agreement by By-law and I would recommend to Council that the necessary
By~law be prepared to put the Agreement into effect.
