BYLAW NO. 2092

A Bylaw to amend the "City af Port Caquitiam
Bullding & Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw,
1974, No, 1298",

The Municipal Counell of The Corporation of the Clty of Pert Coquitiam, In
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (d) of Subsaction (3) of Saction 5 of the "Clty of Port Coquitiam
Bullding and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No, 1298" Is amended
by renumbering the present paragraphs (vy), (vid (vil) (vill), and (ix) as
(Vid, (vil), (vill),Ctix), and (x) and Inserting the following as paragraph
(v):

"(v) the minimum habitable floar elevation according to geodetic datum,
raquired by the authority having Jurisdiction."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Pert Coquitiam
Bullding and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298, Amendment
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2092",.
