Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator T.M. Chong, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator, J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz and Planner C.F. Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2904 _ To rezone: Lot | Section 6 Block 6, NRIE Plan LMP 13240 New Westminster District from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) ‘The property is located at 2480 and 2485 Ottawa Street and would permit the developme t of a 59 unit townhouse project. - Mr. D. Reid, 1131 Dominion opposed the rezoning. Mr. Reid approached Council in the past regarding rezoning his property to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and was told he could not because there were no services. Mr. Reid was referred to the Planning and Development Committee for discussion. Mr. y. Sood, 1145 Dominion expressed concern regarding the development built around is property which might cause problems for his property and family. Mr. Sood was referred to the Planning and Development Cornmittee. | & Ms. A.
