The Municipal Council cf The Corporation of the City of
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, October
15th, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. to consider By-law No. 1273 to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Sy-law, 1969, No. 918" and By-law No. 1274 to authorize
issuance of Land Use Contract No. 4:
1. By-law No. 1273: to rezone the Easterly 190' of Pazcel 1
(Explanatory Plan 9769) Lot A, Block 20, District Lot 232, Group
One, Plan 3703, Except Part Subdivided by Plan 25347 and Part
Subdivided by Plan 36901, New Westminster District, from P-2
(Special Institutional) to RS-2 (One-Faaily Suburban Residential);
and,
to rezone a portion of Parcel 1 (Explanatory
Plan 9769) Lot A, Block 29, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan
3703, Except Part Subdivided by Plan 25347 and Part Subdivided by
Plan 36901, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Northerly boundary of the said
Parcel 1 200.7' West of the North-west corner of Let 469, Plan
36901 and proceeding along the said Northerly boundary in a
Westerly direction for a distance of 254';
Thense proceeding in a Southerly direction along a line drawn
perpendicular to the said Northerly boundary of the said
Parcel 1 to the point where the said perpendicular line inter-
sects the South boundary of the said Parcel 1;
Thence procecding in an Easterly direction along the said
Southerly boundary of the sadd Parcel 1 For a distance of 254';
Thence proceeding in a Northerly direction along a line drawn
perpendicular to the said Southerly boundary of the said
Pareel 1 to a point on the Northerly boundary of the said
Parcel 1 being the point of commencement,
from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to P-2 (Special

Institutional).
