BYLAW NO. 2326 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open Meeting assembled, enacts as ftoilows: —. a That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 2 Block 6 Section 19, North Range 1 East District Lot 231 Group Gne Plan 74069 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from M~1 (Generai Industria!) to CD (Comprehensive Develooment ) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" js hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Ze The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled "Truck Stop Complex, 1485 Coast Meridian ~ Meridian Industriai Park, Port Coquitiam, B.C." and comprising a site plan and elevations dated May 14th, with revisions to November 18th, 1987 prepared by Fernandez Design Incorporated, Architects, under their Project Number 608 is attached to and forms part of this bylaw. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2326", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1987.
