THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2292

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitia
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows: .

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

District Lot 255

Group One

Pian 22345

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=3 (Estate Residential) to M-3 (Clean industrial) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby

amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2292".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 20th day of July, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci| this 20th day of July, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of August, 1987.
