the need for ad hoc meetings during the Convention and give the Con-
mittee more time to prepare its slate.

EXECUTIVE MEETING
The regular pre~Convention Executive meeting and Resolutions Committee
meeting will commence on Sunday evening, September 7th. ‘These meet~
ings will be held in the Pilgrim House Motor Inn, Penticton. -

It is expected that there will be a very full programme during the
three days of the Convention, and full details of all business ses~
sions and social events will be sent to you when the programme is
finalized. You may be assured that your Host Municipality, the City
of Penticton, is planning &@ most enjoyable social programe for you.
