At their meeting on February 28th the Fraser Valley Regional Library
Board passed the following motion:

THAT tha Fraser Valley Regional Library Board
recommend to their member counedis and ichoel
boards that the Fraser Valloy Regional Library
Coutinues co use the present funding formula of
50) parcent lagged actual assessment and nd)
percen® popularion, with no caps, and further
that the latest available population statistics
from chs Cantral Statisttes Bureau, Ministry of
Financa and Corporate Relations be used to
provide population figures for such formula.

In arder to continue usage of this formula this recommendation must ba
approved unanimously by member councils and school boards.

The Library Board requests that you vote on the recommendation and
forward the result of that vate to me prior to March 26, 1990,
