DRAFT RESOLUTION AUG 13 1979

"That the required Hearing with respect to the "Huntington Rubber
Mills of Canada Limited Building Demolition By-law, 1979, No. 1691"
be held at the regular meeting of this Council. scheduled to be held

at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 27th, 1979;

AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to invite Huntington Rubber

Mills of Canada Limited to appear at the said Hearing at which time

it will be afforded an opportunity to be heard on the matters contained

in the By-law."
