Appointment of Vector Control Biologist

Our Vector Control Biologist Tony Kluge resigned his post in September
and we have been seeking a replacement for this position. Although this position
is shared with Coquitlam and Port Moody, Port Coquitlam has - generally acted as
the employer. ; . .

Dr. Blatherwick and myself conducted interviews during the past week and
have selected an applicant named Bill Boieeie, Bill has excellent qualifications
for the position he has his Bachelor of Science in Biology and has just completed
his Mesters Degree in Pest Management. Bill has worked with us in the past with
the Mosquito Control Program and is therefore familiar with that program and with
the operation of the Vector Control, position.

. <I would recommend the appointment of Bill Boieeie as Vector Control
Biologist effective immediately.
