ZONING BYLAW DEL 29 1639

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port,

Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8-Ce on

November 29th, 1982 at 7:30 pom. to consider the following proposed

bylaw to amend the "City of Part Coquitkam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.

165i".

Bylaw No. 1923: to rezone those certain parcels of land situated
in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly
described as Lot 1,253594,5, and 6, District Lot 464, Block 26,
Group One, Plan 2104, New Westminster District, From RS~l to P=2-

This property is located at 3170-3180 Flint Street (east side of
Flint Street just south of Prairie Avenue and it is expected that
the Evangelical Free Church will be constructing a larger church
on the site than that presently existing following completion of
the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,

between the. hours of 8:30 aeme to 4:30 pemeys Ol working days, November

16th, 1982 to November 29th, 1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
