A Bylaw to amend tne ina: Revelopment Cost Charge
Bylaw, 1980, Ho. 1725".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" of the "Drainage Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw,
1980, No. 1736" as enacted by Bylaw ho. 1951 is hereby deleted and the
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is substituted
therefor.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Drainage Facilities
Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 1980, No. 1736, Amendment Bylaw, 1990,
No, 2524".

Read a first time by the ‘lunicipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Received the approval of the Inspector of ‘funicipalities this 17th day of
January, 1991.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the “unicipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of , 1990.
