BACKGROUND:- The rezoning application for this project received third reading on the 22nd of July, 1991. The rezoning application was subject to a number of conditions regarding servicing, design, etc. all of which become, by extension, : conditions of this development permit. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ‘The applicants are proposing a 27-Unit, 3-Scorey apartment building with 100% underground parking; the design of the building complies with the guidelines in the "Downtown Development Permit Area VI". Open recreation areas within the site are slightly below the Bylaw requirements. The developer has proposed that this be compensated with | improvements at his cost to the neighbouring Elks Park, to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department and Council. Negotiations on this subject are underway. | a
