We would point out . that the items in question are the expenditures from funds received from the Provincial Government for ambulance services, tourism and industrial development. For 1972, these items are as follows: Funds received - $3.00 per capita $58,680 Funds expended: Ambulance services $23 ,399 Industrial ‘development 35,281 $58,680 In view of these details, we feel that the City has properly used and accounted for these funds Insofar as the Chamber's correspondence is concerned, it is our understanding that in accordance with Section 315 of the Municipal Act, only an elector may represent himself to the Auditor and vice versa.
