Dear Mr. Etkin:

This letter will confirm our recent telephone conver-
-Sation in which we have requested that B.C. Hydro outline to
the City Council the proposed transit depot project in Port
Coguitlam. The regular Council Meeting to be heid Monday, June
14th, 1976 has been set aside for this purpose at 7:30 p.m. —

While it is appreciated that your office will necess-
arily have to concentrate on explaining the project itself, I
think there would be some merit if Mr. V. Sharman was able to
attend as well in order to asnwer in a general way any questions
that the Council might have concerning transit operations.
