property is located at the corner of
d Gately which was rezoned by Council early this
year from M-1 to RS~-2. The rezoning occurred shortly after
Mr. Rasted had commenced construction of an industrial
building on the property.

a Sometime ago, the completed development was sold
to T.C. Maritime Equipment Inc.

Council will recall that-a request was made to
Council by the new owner to rezone the property back to
M~l and Council at that time decided to refer the matter
to the Planning and Zoning Committee for recommendation,

: The Committee dealt with this request early this
year and concurred that the property should be rezoned back
to M-l.. The Committee therefore recommends that 2532 Kingsway
be rezoned to M-1 as requested by the new owner.
