The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port AUG 24

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers,
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, September 14th, 1981 at 7:30 P-m. to consider the following

Proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law,

1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1853: to rezone Lot 499, Southeast Quarter

of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 60908, New Westminster
District, from RS~1 to RT-1.

This Property is located at 4020 Mars Street and it is
expected that following completion of the rezoning -

precedures a duplex dwelling will be constructed thereon.

A copy of the Proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
' between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 P-m. to 4:30
P.M. - on working days - from September 3rd, 1981 to September 14th,

1981.
All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by

‘the Proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
