RECOMMENDATION

- that Key Bench be awarded the contract for the
installation of bus stop benches in the City

BACKGROUND

On Nevemper 29, 1991 three proposals were submitted re
the .ity for the installation of bus stop benches. The
thre> companies which submitted were:

Key Bench Advertising
Goodwill Advertising
City Bench Company

The proposals were evaluated according to the terms of
reference of the proposal ‘see attached) and a
recommendation made.

EVALUATION

The evaluation of the three proposals was made on the
five items in the terms of reference. Each company was
given a rating from 1 to 5 for the specific item. In
addition, percent weightings were given to each item in
the proposal. The following table presents an
evaluation for the three proponents.
