33 Foot Lots

At the regular Council meeting of May 10th, 1993 the following proposal of Councillor Keryluk
was taken as a Notice of Motion:

"Whereas the City of Port Coquitlam has a policy which prohibits the creation of new 33
foot lots;

Whereas in some instances, owners have been required, at the request of the City, to
remove property lines thus creating 66 foot lots out of two 33 foots lots; and

Whereas it may be desirable to restore original property lines therefore restoring original
33 foot lots in some instances without creating new 33 foot lots;

Now therefore be it resolved that the Zoning Bylaw provisions be amended in order to
permit the restoration of previously zoned 33 foot lots without creating new ones.”
