Dear Sir:

Receipt is acknowledyed with thanka of your letter dated June 19th,
1973 re the above-note1 subject, and in reply therero we would advise taat
after consideration of the same at a regular meatinz of the Munietpal Council
of Tha Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on June 25th, 1973, the
following resolution was passed:

“That tha letter from tue City reyardine an application received from -
Anmore Recreations Ltd. to rezone 109 acres in the vicinity of Buntzen Lake in
order to enlarve an existing mobile home park, sent to the Greater Vancouver
Regional Dietrict under dite of Juna 13th, 1973, be re-submitted, advising that
they have not anwvered the question of how much in school taxes each unit would
contribute annually under the new Mobile Home Tax legislation in their reply,
and that we request that they supply this specific information."

Wa renliza that the exact nuaber of mebile homes the proposed expan-
gion will accommodate ig not known at tha present tine, but perhaps it would
be significant if you could provide our Council with the infornation requested
on tha axisting nobile home park tax revenuas.
