The applicant, McDonald's Restaurant is now applying for another amendment that will permit the permanent placement of a caboose to the southeast of the restaurant. The caboose will be utilized strictly as a party room and will be Placed where the outdoor seating is now located. Plans of the caboose, elevation and interior layout, as well as site plan have been submitted by the applicant ‘for review. The exterior finish will be similar in appearance to the one that is now located at McDonald's in Coquitlam, on Barnet Uighway. . Elimination of one parking stall will be required to facilitate the caboose but this is not seen as a concern, for the restaurant has sufficient parking.
