I would like to remind you that we have owned these properties for a long time and are not merely into a “quick flip" situation before a large development. We have been very patient, but should this rezoning go through, it would represent a total contradiction to the Council] decision given us three years ago. The City, in selling "Lots 21 and 22" to this group have created a problem such that there are now four land owners of this property on Lincoln between Coast Meridian and Ulster. Three years ago we offered-a solution to which at this. time there would be only.two landowners and the City would have received the same remuneration for the property. I would like to propose that the Council be consistent with it's 1984. position and reject the RS1 zoning for these properties and zone them to allow for a townhouse complex. Should you have any questions regarding any of the above, please contact: me at your convenience. Sincerely, SO ~, Russ Shiels 543 Hillcrest St. a Coquitiam, B.C. V3J 6N6 : (604)939-2465 cc: Mr. R.
