RECOMMENDATION:

THAT on behal# of the City Council, the Mayor and City
Clerk be instructed to execute the attached Client/
Architect agreement between The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam and Toby Russell Backwell and Partners
Architects, for-the renovations and and additions to City
Hall.

BACKGROUND ANDO COMMENTS: |

Attached is the Client/Architect agreement between the
City and Teby Russell Backwell and Partners Architects for
tendering and construction contract administration related
to the renovations and additions to City Hali. The said

agreement has been reviewed by the City's Solicitor Mr.

Grant Anderson. |
