RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 124, D.L.
4, NWLD Plan 36881 from RS-1 to P-1.

COMMENTS ¢

This application is to rezone Westwood Elementary School from a RS~1 Large Lot
Residential Zone to P-l Public Use Zone. The application is “house keeping".
The elementary school was built under this zone a number of years ago. Its
zoning designation was noticed recently, when an application was submitted for
a day care operation at the school.

Approval of the application is recommended to bring the school designation in
line with its public use.
