Software enhancement The proposed software enhancement could be handled in many different fashions by the software supplier but should automatically trigger either a warning to the dispatcher that there are offsite locations or preferably list the offsite locations although listing may only be a solution for small organizations like ourselves with relatively few offsite locations. Name change This option is only a short term solution to the problem which would hopefully trigger a question from the 911 dispatcher as to the actual location of the emergency. Staff training: The attached report also deals with staff training, this item has been raised and will be the subject at upcoming in service training sessions. | PG ees se Nee
