DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES — WATER

Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lance within the boundaries of the areas o!:“lined on
mup No, 1, the following development cost charges shall apoly arid be paid:

(.) at the time of Issuance of a building permit or at the time of approval of subdivision, for single and multi--
family residential uses and lands.

(6) at the time of Issuance of a building permit fer commercial uses and lands.

(¢) at the time of issuance of a building permit or at the time of approval of subdivision, for Industrial uses
and lands.

For the purpose of this Shedute:

(a) “Single family residential lands" means all ‘ands having a short form zone designation
pursuant to the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with the
prefixes "RS or "FT":

(6) "Multi-family residential lands" means ail lands having a short form zone designation
pursuant to the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning bylaw No.2240 beginning with the prefix
"AM.

(c) ‘Commercial lands" meane ail lands having a short form zone designation pureuant to the
City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with the prefixes °C", "CS", or ‘P*:

(d) "Industrial lands" means ail ands having a short form zone designation pursuant to the
City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with the Prefix "M’,
